INVITATION TOBID

The City of Lee’s Summit and their CM, Titan Built, LLC are requesting trade partner proposals for the construction of the Lee’s Summit Joint Operations Facility building which will be located in the back vacant lot of the existing Police Department, 10 NE Tudor Rd in Lee’s Summit MO. The project will consist of sitework for a 2-story commercial building for Fire and PD operations that has portions of the building being hardened for the 911 call centers. The total size of the building is 43,235 GSF. Titan Built, LLC is requesting a bid from your company for your portion of the work. This project DOES have prevailing wage requirements. The project should be priced as tax exempt.

Scopes of work bidding at this time for the project include: Fencing, Site Furnishings, Masonry, Pre-Engineered Mtl Building, Cabinets, Countertops, Waterproofing/Caulking, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Doors/Frame/Hardware, Overhead Doors, Coiling Fire Rated Doors, Storefront, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile, Flooring, Epoxy/Terrazzo, Raised Access Floor, Painting, Specialties, Toilet Compartments, Signage, Operable Partitions, Appliances, Window Treatments, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Audio/Visual, Security, Low Voltage

Note - The following scopes have already been bid/awarded: Earthwork, Termite Treatment, Site Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Retaining Walls, Landscaping, Architectural and Structural Precast, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel

• Questions are due by EOD, Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
• An addendum will be issued by EOD, Friday, November 8th, 2024, that will include facility improvement scopes within the existing police department.
