Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO
Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, May 7, 2026 for DPW
Project 26197 Multi Bldg. Roof Replacements, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a complete roof membrane
replacement over new substrate board, new roof ladder and required demolition at all roof areas of the
existing Mathematics Building on Boise State University’s campus. There is a Bid Alternate to provide and
install new loose-laid cross-over platforms at (3) locations indicated on the drawings.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Friday, April 24, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local
time, at the Boise State University Mathematics Building at 1874 University Drive, Boise, Idaho
83725. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $0.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $575,000.00
