CITY OF MALVERN, ARKANSAS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BID NO. 2026-03 FAIRGROUNDS BUILDING ROOF REPAIR
Notice is hereby given that the City of Malvern has cancelled Bid No. 2026-03, Fairgrounds Building Roof Repair, located at 1303 Collie Road, Malvern, Arkansas.
The cancellation is due to structural and safety concerns discovered after issuance of the Invitation to Bid which require further evaluation before the project may proceed.
Accordingly, the bid submission deadline scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, and the public bid opening scheduled for 10:35 a.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, are cancelled.
