Item 1 - 48 Volt Forklift Batteries, model 24-85-15 Salient Characteristics: 1. General Requirements - Battery must be fully compatible with Hyster E40XN electric forklift specifications.; Meet battery model 24-85-15 specifications; Battery must be manufactured in the United States.; Battery must meet or exceed OEM performance standards for voltage, capacity, and physical dimensions.; Battery must be suitable for Class I electric forklift applications.; 2. Electrical Performance Specifications -System Voltage: 48V, Mandatory for OEM controller compatibility.; Cell Count: 24 LEAD-Acid Cells (Exact), Standard 2V per cell configuration.; Plate Configuration: 15 plates per cell (Equivalent), Ensures proper energy density and heat dissipation.; Rated Capacity (6-hour): 590 Ah Minimum - 610 Ah Maximum, Mates the standard 85 Ah per positive plate requirement. Must support full shift operation under normal warehouse conditions.; Cycle life Yield: 1,500 cycles at 80% DoD Minimum, Baseline durability for DoW operational tempo.; Charging Compatibility: Must be compatible with standard 48V industrial chargers; vendor must specify charger requirements if unique.; 3.
