ADDENDUM #1 - DRAIN MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
Glen Hollow - Repair Structure
1. Change Bid deadline from the Proposal of Friday September 15, which is a Tuesday
to Friday September 18th.
2. Glen Hollow - Proposal, Change the scope of work by creating a 5ft apron with
geofabric and #9's stone up to the top of casting. Existing stones shall be hauled
away. Existing 4" SDR shall only be extended to the stone apron.
