Prospective bidders should meet in the box office lobby on the south side of the building. It is strongly recommended that the contractor attends the pre-bid meeting, and/or visit the site prior to bidding. |

| Description: | The project is located at the Tyson Events Center, 401 Gordon Drive and includes the rebuilding in place of one existing water-cooled chiller. The existing compressor motor shall be rebuilt per the manufacturer's approved process, and all other instrumentation and parts are to be recalibrated to the manufacturer’s specifications. Alternate One is for replacement of the condenser and primary pumps serving the chiller. Alternate Two is for a new two-year service agreement. |
