Description
The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for Whelen parts and installation for 10 each 2025 Harley Davidson FLHTP Electra glide Police edition motorcycles. This is a sole-brand bid, no substitutions will be accepted. Installation must be performed by an authorized Harley Davidson Motorcycle location. DPS will be responsible for delivery and pickup of completed HD motorcycles. Prices on parts must include shipping, freight, delivery, and insurance. No additional charges will be allowed. The parts can be delivered to the shop for installation.
DPS Post 49 is located at 959 United Ave SE Building 5, Atlanta, GA 30316.
Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.
No bonds are required for this bid. Proof of liability insurance will be required in the amounts listed in the RFQ instructional document. Immigration and security will be required because of installation.
The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
