Bid Description:
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Town of Greensboro, Shadow Lake Road Bridge, including construction of a precast bridge culvert, roadway and associated appurtenant construction. Will be received by: Town of Greensboro, Vermont (Owner)
at the office of: Town Clerk, 82 Craftsbury Road, Greensboro, Vermont 05841 (Address of the Project owner) until 3:00 P.M. Local Time on December 6, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled at the project site, Shadow Lake Road Bridge, Greensboro, Vermont 05841 at 11:00 A.M., local time, on November 22, 2024. In the event of unsuitable weather, the meeting will be held at the Greensboro Town Office.
All prospective bidders are requested to attend this meeting.

Each BID must be accompanied by a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to the OWNER for FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID BOND may be used in lieu of a certified check.
