Bid Description:
Qualified Bidders are invited to bid on rodent and insect control services at VT State Park locations throughout the southeastern VT Region for the 2025-2026 operating seasons. Bidders may bid all, one, or any combination of locations. Facilities identified for treatment within each Park consist generally of housing, toilet buildings, and/or maintenance and operational structures.

Questions and Answers: Questions are due via email by 12:00 pm Friday, November, 20, 2024. Answers will be posted on the Electronic Bid Board as and Addendum and must be acknowledged on the Bid Proposal.

There is NO scheduled bid showing for this project. All State Park locations listed are closed for the season. Prospective bidders may visit locations for exterior only viewing of the structures. Where there are entrance gates bidders will be required to park outside the gate and walk to the buildings. Requested treatment locations are identified at each location within the Scope of Services Park Maps are included in the bid posting for building location reference. Google Earth and the Vermont State Parks website may provide limited on-line viewing opportunities
