Background

This contract encompasses historical preservation maintenance work for OC Parks historical facilities. The primary focus is to safeguard the historical character of these facilities while addressing essential repairs to ensure their functionality and safety. • Exterior maintenance repairs, including siding, masonry, stairs, windows, and other elements, with a focus on preserving historic features.
  • Interior maintenance of wall plastering, woodwork, and painting, employing historically appropriate methods and materials.
  • Maintenance repair of glass and windows, maintaining their original design and functionality.
  • Refinishing of floors to preserve their historic character.
  • Maintenance repair of ironwork such as gates, railings, and fencing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic coherence.
