Bid Description:
PROPOSALS for Janitorial Services for the Town of Colchester Recreation Center (herein called SERVICES), will be received by the Town of Colchester (herein called the “OWNER”, at the Colchester Town Office at 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, Vermont until Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 2:00pm. There will not be a public opening. The contract for SERVICES described within this RFP will be for a period of three years, with an annual adjustment in compensation to the CONTRACTOR based on the CPI-U, Northeast.

Each PROPOSAL must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town of Colchester Parks & Recreation Department at 781 Blakley Road, Colchester, Vermont. Each sealed envelope containing a PROPOSAL must be plainly marked on the outside Proposal for Colchester Recreation Center Janitorial Services, and should bear on the outside, the name of the contractor, and its address. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the PROPOSAL must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the Town of Colchester Parks & Recreation, Attn: Derek Mitchell, 781 Blakley Road, Colchester, Vermont 05446

A mandatory pre-PROPOSAL walk-through for interested contractors will be held at 9:00am on Monday, November 25, 2024 at the Colchester Recreation Center, located at 80 Mazza Drive, Colchester, Vermont. PROPOSALS shall not be accepted from contractors who do not participate in the walkthrough.
