What is the make/model/kva of units where batteries are being replaced? There are 3 separate units.
Make is Liebert, Model is Npower, part number 37SA100COC6BS54 and configured to 80 KVA for 2 of them and 40 for the other.
Can the replacements be done during business hours?
Work can be done between 6am and 3pm M-F. Outside those hours may be able to be arranged but will need notice in advance.

Are there any step/stairs to navigate?
No
Are the UPS/battery rooms located on the first floor? If not, what floor(s) and is there a freight elevator?
On all 3 floors - we have elevators
Can we Ship To and From the site?
Not the batteries
Is there room to store the batteries?
Will find something
Do we need any floor protection (Masonite)? If so, how much?
At the discretion of the vendor to determine what is needed in order to perform the service requested
Is there a battery disconnect on the cabinets?
Yes
Is there any required Safety/Site specific training required. If so, how long (we would need to add this time into the labor).
