The Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate (AFDW/PK) is issuing this notice to obtain
information to assist in developing the acquisition strategy for the Office of the Department of the Air Force
Foreign Liaison Office's Fall 2025 Air Attache Tour, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement
(PWS).
Note: This sources sought is not the promise of an award and is being issues for market research purposes.
The contractor shall provide comfortable vehicles suitable for distinguished visitors, such as motorcoaches or
luxury vans to accommodate a total of 50 guests for group movements, 30 guests for separate
attache movements, and smaller vehicles suitable for 20 guests for spouse movements during separate
destination itineraries per location as specified below. Vehicles must also accommodate two suitcases per person
during "bags required" movements, as specified in the itinerary.
The Fall tour will include Miami, FL; and sites of interest around each of those locations as specified herein.
