The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement with the National Rural Health Center to purchase and attend the Annual Minnesota Rural Health Conference.
This has been deemed a single source due to the National Rural Health Center being the only company that holds this conference on an annual basis. The benefits that this conference provide to MDH Rural Health Program staff are exclusive to this conference and cannot be provided by another company or organization. This has been deemed true after extensive market research.
