Description:

The City of Warrensburg desires to contract with a qualified consultant or firm to conduct a parking analysis and develop a draft ordinance of Chapter 27, Article VIII – Off-Street Parking Requirements in the Code of City Ordinances. The updated Article VIII should include user-friendly parking regulations that promote economic development by reducing development costs associated with building off-street parking. The City aims for the updated Article VIII to foster building a denser, vibrant community for new commercial businesses, mixed-use development, building rehabilitation, and promoting small businesses.
