• ODOT Prequalification is required.
• Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the bidder's name, contract number, bid opening date, and a statement that it is a sealed bid covering the services for which the bid is submitted. Bids shall be addressed to the Monroe Department of Public Works, 1000 Holman Avenue, Monroe, Ohio 45050.
• Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project.
• Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security made payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of 10% of the Bidder’s maximum Bid price per ORC 153.57.
• The City of Monroe, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid that it deems most advantageous to the City. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for up to 60 days after opening and receiving Bids.
