Description
♦ Design & build improvements to 1750 LF vehicular alley E of Reseda Blvd from ~200 ft S of Nordhoff St to Parthenia Pl:
♦♦ New alley paving w/ 5-ft wide strip of permeable pavers
♦♦ New concrete aprons at street intersections
♦♦ New parkways w/ irrigated planting areas, 5 swales & 4 street trees on Rayen St & Gresham St between Reseda Blvd & Canby Ave
♦ The goal is to capture, treat, divert, & infiltrate ~117,000 gallons or 0.359 acre-feet of stormwater during an 85th percentile storm event from a drainage area of 4.68 acres, reducing runoff into storm drains which flow into the LA River from the Aliso Canyon Wash & into the Pacific Ocean in Long Beach.
