Sealed bids are invited for the construction of DMV â Customer Service Center Norfolk, Military Circle Sewer Lateral Repair Project at 5745 Poplar Hall Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502.The project is generally described as repair and replacement of significant defects that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues. Work will include replacement of the sanitation lines from the facility to the main.
