Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), located in Anchorage, Alaska, requires the services of a qualified HVAC/plumbing contractor and concrete subcontractor to assess and repair the hydronic snowmelt system located at the south and southeast sidewalks of the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) Main Entrance. This system has sustained subsurface damage, impacting functionality and presenting a safety hazard. The purpose of this agreement is to restore full functionality to the damaged snowmelt system prior to the 2025-2026 winter season.
