Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting:

On-Call Construction Management Services Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting
Firms planning to submit proposals are encouraged to attend the virtual (Microsoft Teams) pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 9am. In the meeting, Harbor Department staff will provide information about the Project, discuss RFP’s administrative requirements, and answer questions. Prospective proposers are encouraged to carefully review the entire RFP document prior to the meeting.
Please indicate your firm’s intention to attend the pre-proposal meeting by no later than Monday, December 15, 2025. To RSVP, please email Robel Afewerki at Rafewerki@portla.org. The login information for the Teams meeting will be subsequently forwarded through Outlook by Robel Afewerki. |
