Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Addison Keywords: Construction (Non Building), Heating Installation and Services Bid Description: The Town of Bridport seeks bids for air sealing and hot water pipe insulation within the Town Office building and the Highway Garage. We will except bids for 1 or both types of work. The bid should include the following; details of work to be performed, cost of work and completion date. Air sealing work must be completed by a BPI- accredited contractor. This work is pursuant to a State of Vermont Act 172 Community Capacity Implementation Grant Agreement with the Town Contact for the Town of Bridport for this project is Selectboard member David Bronson. Email: chipper@gmavt.net, phone # (802)758-2546. Bids will be received by him until noon on May 29, 2025 either by email or to his attention at the Bridport Town Office 82 Crown Point Rd or PO Box 27 Bridport, VT 05734. Bids need to be received by the deadline, not just postmarked.
