Vietnamese Language Training Services - U.S. Embassy in Hanoi

The Government of the United States of America in Vietnam request quotation for Vietnamese Language Training Services for its American staff in accordance with the solicitation package’s specifications and requirements.

The Contractor shall provide foreign language instruction to adult students that focuses on the topics of professional and general culture interest, conversational skills, typically found in mass-media publications for the foreign language speaking public.

The Contractor shall develop the instruction to include the development of speaking, listening, and reading skills to permit comprehension of relevant media or face-to-face conversation. All instruction shall also include job relevant language terminology and usage of the designated field of interest.

Proposals must be in local currency Vietnam Dong (VND); firm fixed price to include any other anticipated charges.

Quotations are due by November 12, 2024 at 17h00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
