In-Fill Housing Proposal

The City of Moberly is currently seeking sealed proposals for residential lot located at 425 E Rollins St. Our priority is to seek in-fill housing in this area of the community, and the City is willing to donate the lots to the right project.

The City will review proposals of the lots available and donate the properties to the selected proposals.  The City staff will evaluate the proposals based on historical performance of the builder, proximity of lot to other lots owned by developer, proposed time frame, number of proposals, and how well the proposed structure meets the character of the neighborhood

Proposals will be accepted from now until January 13, 2026 at 10:00AM.
