Description: The City of McAllen is seeking proposals for Grant Compliance Services for the McAllen Business Industrial Park.

Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposals addressed to Mr. Isaac J. Tawil, City Manager, will be received until Thursday, January 08, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). All proposals are only to be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen’s bidding portal: https://mcallen.procureware.com , on or before the aforementioned date and time.  Original, hard copy, and/or late proposals shall not be accepted.

Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.

This project is being funded, in part, by Economic Development Administrative funds and is subject to the following Federal requirements:  Executive Order 11246;; Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968;, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations.  In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.

Potential respondents are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled “Clarifications” under the relative project number.

The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the proposal considered the best value to the City, and to hold the proposals for a period of ninety (90) calendar days without taking action.
