The Project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, demolition of existing draft tube, installation of owner-furnished pump mixing system and valves, furnishing and installing mixing pipe and appurtenances at the City’s resource recovery facility (RRF) located at 1100 Clark Fork Lane, Missoula, Montana, 59808 (Project Site). The work is located in Digester 2, the Digester Control Building, and the Administration Building. The complete Invitation to Bid and Contract Documents consisting of Drawings and Project Manual may be viewed or obtained on-line beginning on Thursday, October 8th,, 2026. Prospective Bidders must purchase Contract Documents through QuestCDN. QuestCDN is a web-based platform for construction project advertisements, Bid Documents distribution, and plan holder lists. Prospective Bidders will need the QuestCDN project number (#10399440) to locate the Job on the QuestCDN website search page. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective Bidder who has not purchased Contract Documents through QuestCDN. A optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held in person only at 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, October 10th,, 2026 at the Project Site. The City of Missoula is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
