CHESLA Refi CT Financing Vehicles

The Connecticut Higher Education Supplemental Loan Authority (the “Authority” or “CHESLA”) is a quasi-public state authority created in 1982 to help students and their families finance the cost of higher education. The Authority seeks indications of interest from regional financial institutions with experience in originating student loans or offering direct placements, including direct purchase drawdown structures, to entities such as the Authority. Submittals should highlight the recent experience of your firm in these types of transactions.
