| Description: | The Contractor(s) shall provide (“Services”) in accordance with the specifications, standards, quantities and delivery schedule provided by the city for on-call fiber installation and repair services. All work will be provided on an “as-requested” basis. Bidder will be contacted for services as required for work by the City of Lee’s Summit’s (COLS) Information Technology Director, Network Operations Manager or supervisor(s) on the approved call out list. Bidder shall not perform work for any department without prior approval by the Information Technology Director or their Designee. Service may include, but is not limited to, the installation of single-mode fiber optic cable (FOC), associated conduit and duct systems, manholes and hand holes, fiber termination and splicing, testing, labeling, documentation, and restoration activities, in accordance with City of Lee’s Summit requirements and applicable codes and standards. |
