Description
The Department of Airports of the City of Los Angeles (“LAWA” or the “Department”), is requesting banks to submit proposals to provide direct pay letters of credit (“LOCs”) to support its commercial paper program (the “CP Program”) for Los Angeles International Airport (“LAX”). The LOCs will replace or renew up to all $500 million existing LOCs currently provided for the CP Program.
