The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, hereby publishes notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to purchase Vaping and Tobacco intervention and cessation support from American Lung Association. This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code section 67-9221.
The Administrator of the Division of Purchasing has determined that there is only one vendor qualified to provide this property (commodity or service). A copy of the request for sole source authorization is attached in the Buyer Attachments section of IPRO. Any interested vendor may file a challenge to this sole source procurement, in accordance with Idaho Code section 67-9232(4), by giving timely notice (within five (5) business days after the closing date of this IPRO Notice) to: purchasing@adm.idaho.gov.
