Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals to establish a 1-year service price agreement for bridge cleaning and re-coating services to be utilized by the Dallas Water Utilities Department. This type of contract sets a maximum spending limit over the contract term. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis and are subject to availability of funds, but the total cost of all orders shall not exceed the authorized contract amount.
