The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is accepting bids for improvements to the West Cell Dredge Management Containment Area (DMCA), located on the southwestern end of Daniel Island, South Carolina. The work includes vegetation clearing, ditching, soil excavation, earth moving, dike raising, removal of old drainage outfall structures and construction of new drainage structures.
