Campus Center Steel Refurbishment
Description:
  • The contractor is to include a licensed structural engineer inspection of the current condition of existing steel and recommendations concluding in a signed sealed document for record.
  • Strip areas of rusted metals down to bare metal.
  • Prime and paint with appropriate paints, color white
  • Provide protection for walkways and road overpass
  • Coordinate road closure(s) if needed
