Description: The New York State Department of Corrections & Community Supervision is soliciting bids for the procurement of Handkerchiefs Detailed Specifications are as followed: Size: 14" x 14" Fiber Content: Cotton / Polyester Blend Cotton: Minimum 35% / Maximum 55% Polyester: Minimum 45% / Maximum 65% Color: White Delivery: Tailgate delivery, forklift available. Delivery hours (7:30 to 10 am, then 11:15 to 2 pm) Minimum quantity: 500 dz. ARO: 30 days (that is what most of the other contracts are) For Bidding, please submit a formalized quote along with completed Procurement Lobbying Law Form and completed Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire to Corcraft.ProcurementServices@doccs.ny.gov Preliminary awardee will be required to submit samples upon request.
