Mount Rogers Community Services is soliciting sealed bids for roof replacement at the Wythe ESS Building located at 255 George James Drive, Wytheville, Virginia. The project involves removing the existing EPDM membrane and installing a new roof system of approximately 43,000 square feet, including insulation, single-ply TPO roofing membrane, flashing, and cleanup, with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty.
