The New Orleans Aviation Board (NOAB) desires to engage a qualified and experienced contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide window washing and canopy cleaning services for the airport’s North Terminal facilities. Work scope includes, but is not limited to, all interior and exterior curtain wall glazing, sterile corridor glazing, high roof glazing, skylights, and exterior entrance/exit canopies. The initial term of this contract agreement shall be one (1) year, with up to four (4) one-year renewal options at the exclusive option of the NOAB (the “Contract”).
