Gaston County, NC is requesting sealed bids for Gaston County Courthouse 5th Floor Upfit. The project consists of approximately 46,000 sf of first generation upfit space on the 5th Floor of the Gaston County Courthouse, located at 325 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Way, Gastonia, NC 28052. The project includes courtrooms, office and support spaces, and the following building systems or components: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT, Audio Visual and Security. Fire alarm upgrades will be performed on all other floors. The project will be financed with OSBM grant and local funds.

Qualifications:
Bidders must have a license to work as a contractor in the State of North Carolina, as set forth under Article 1 Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Subject to the provisions of the State of North Carolina Contractor's Licensing
Law, it will be necessary for the contractor to place their contractor's license number on the envelope containing their bid.
