The Black River Area Development Corp. (BRAD) Weatherization Assistance Program serving Baxter, Boone, Clay, Fulton, Independence, Izard, Lawrence, Marion, Newton, Randolph, Searcy, Sharp, Stone, and Van Buren counties.
Black River Area Development Corp. (BRAD) Weatherization Assistance Program is accepting sealed bids for contract services and materials for its 2026-2027 program year beginning July 11, 2026. All interested bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference that will be held at 11:00 a.m. Aug 28, 2026, at the BRAD Central Office, 1403 Hospital Drive, Pocahontas; AR. Bid packets will be made available at the bid conference or can be picked up the week before the conference at the BRAD Central office. Sealed bids will be accepted at the BRAD Central Office through 10 a.m. Sept 8, 2026. All sealed bids will need to be returned to BRAD’s Central Office to Pam Rogers. Late bids will not be considered.
