Synopsis:

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Prime Consultant Services for Swift Current Comprehensive High School Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Code Upgrades, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
The Successful proponent will be responsible for the design, engineering, and contract administrator services related to the upgrade of equipment and facilities in the Swift Current Comprehensive High School in Swift Current, SK (the Project). This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (ED), SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) and Chinook School Division (CSD), collectively known as “the Owners”. Construction Management at Risk is the preferred procurement methodology fot this project.
