RE: E-Rate Form 470 # 260020568
The Timberlane Regional School District, located in Atkinson, Danville, Plaistow, and
Sandown, NH will receive bids for procuring annual service and support
licenses/subscriptions for 147 Wireless Access Points and 7 firewalls for the Timberlane
Regional School District.
All Bids must be received by March 19, 2026, or 28 days from the posting of Form 470 #
260020568 and any associated amendments, whichever is later.

Public opening of bids will be held on March 23, 2026 at 10:00am at the SAU106 central office
located at 30 Greenough Rd. Plaistow, NH 03865.
Timberlane - E-Rate 2026 RFP, Renewals - WAPs & Firewall
Bids may be held by the Superintendent for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from
the date of the opening of the proposals for the purpose of investigating the qualifications
of the bidder prior to the awarding of the contract.
Superintendent may make investigation, as they deem necessary to determine the ability of
the Bidder to perform the work. The Bidder shall furnish to the Superintendent all such
information and data for this purpose as the Superintendent may request.
The Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any item(s)
thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bid process and to cancel in part or in its
entirety the request for bid and to award the contract as the Superintendent deems to be in
the best interests of the School District.

The Timberlane Regional School District further reserves the right to select the bid that
best meets the District's needs as determined by the Superintendent, in its sole discretion.
While price will be a substantial factor in the District's decision, the District reserves the
right to select a vendor without the lowest cost proposal.
Any deviation from the conditions and specifications must be clearly expressed by each
Bidder in the appropriate space on the bid forms. Unless so stated by the Bidder and
accepted by the District, all conditions and specifications apply.
Any fraudulent or inaccurate statements or willful concealment of relevant information by
the Bidder are grounds for rejection of that bid and for the termination of any subsequent
contract therefrom.
Bidders may not withdraw bids for thirty (30) days after bid opening.
The successful Bidder, hereinafter referred to as the contractor, shall be prepared to enter
into a written contract with the Timberlane Regional School District within Thirty (30)
days of written acceptance of the bid by the District.
When possible, bids should contain a signature & date line to allow TRSD to accept a bid.
E-Rate
All potential bidders should know that TRSD will entertain bids on equivalent products and
services.
All bidders must be registered service providers with USAC in good standing and have a
USAC-issued 498 ID (formerly Service Provider Identification Number, or SPIN).
Bidders should include their E-Rate SPIN/498 ID on all quotes.
Billing Method: The Applicant reserves the right to select either the Billed Entity Applicant
Reimbursement (BEAR) method or the Service Provider Invoicing (SPI) method for E-Rate
reimbursement. Vendors should indicate in their proposal whether they are willing and able
to provide discounted billing (SPI).
Preference may be given to vendors willing to offer SPI invoicing. The Applicant reserves
the right to consider a vendor's unwillingness to provide SPI when evaluating proposals.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Any bidder submitting a quote must be a certified manufacturer partner for the products proposed.
Timberlane Regional School District may award a contract for firewall equipment and services and
a contract for wireless access points either separately or to the same vendor, depending on which
proposal(s) are determined to be most advantageous, with price being the primary factor.
