NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SEALED RFQS WILL BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE FOR FURNISHING THE FOLLOWING:
Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services 2026
The City of Jacksonville, Arkansas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified professional firms to establish a pre-qualified list of consultants licensed to practice in Arkansas. The City intends to select multiple firms to provide professional services on an as-needed basis for various municipal projects from five primary disciplines as listed below:
• Engineering
• Land Surveying
• Landscape Architecture
• Interior Design
• Architecture
In strict accordance with RFQ on file in the Engineering/Public Works Department, located in City Hall, #1 Municipal Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076. Copies of RFQ documents may be obtained from Engineering/Public Works Department.
RFQS must be received no later than MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026, AT 2:00 P.M. at which time they will be publicly opened in the office of the Mayor. Any solicitor may withdraw his RFQ, without obligation, at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of RFQs. The withdrawal will not be effective unless made personally or by written notification received prior to close of RFQs.
