General Information:

The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 34,000 sf of gravel parking lot surface to an 8” depth, installation of concrete curbing, asphalt approaches at entrance and exit, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk, regarding existing water detention areas, regrading of site to improve drainage, jet-vac existing stormwater pipes and inlets and other items associated with the repair work.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Attendees shall meet in the overflow lot located at 361 NE 35 th Avenue, Camas WA 98607.
