The City of Dodge City invites developers to submit proposals for a Moderate Income Housing (MIH) grant through the Kansas Housing Resource Corporation (KHRC). KHRC is a public corporation that administers federal and state housing programs on behalf of the State of Kansas. Grants from KHRC can only be distributed to cities or counties for housing development in rural areas. Accepted proposal will be included in the City of Dodge City grant application to KHRC.
