Zoning Board of Adjustment
TAKE NOTICE that on the 16th day of March, 2026, the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment took the following actions:
1. Calendar No. 4042-25. Granted variance relief to Mingjun/Feng Huang to construct an
addition on the property located at 52 Wellington Avenue, Short Hills.
A resolution memorializing the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment with respect to the above matter will be adopted at the April 27, 2026 meeting.
2. Calendar No. 4023-24. Announced that the application of Gregory Tulchinsky, to maintain a
raised patio on the property located at 31 Talbot Court, Short Hills, was carried to June 22,
2026.
3. Calendar No. 4069-26. Announced that the application of Samson Yang, to construct an
addition and detached garage on the property located at 25 Cypress Street, Millburn, was
carried to April 13, 2026.
4. Calendar No. 4025-25. Announced that the application of Triple One Holdings, to construct
4 apartments over an existing restaurant on the property located at 44 Essex Street, Millburn,
was carried to 4/13/26.
5. Calendar No. 4080-26. Announced that the application of Rebecca Spicehandler, to install a
front yard fence on the property located at 33 Windermere Terrace, Short Hills, was carried to
April 27, 2026.
