Description
The Elbert County School District (ECSD) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design, engineering, fabrication, and construction of a rappel tower at Elbert County Comprehensive High School. This structure will support rappel training, zip line training, and climbing activities for educational and extracurricular purposes. The current tower will need to be taken down and discarded should be included in this proposal.
