This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12639526Q0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial services for the Plant Inspection Station in Miami, FL.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 5617220. The small business size standard is $22.0 M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement
Contractor shall furnish all the needed personnel, supervision, transportation, material, equipment, services as described in the statement of work, to perform the required services for the USDA, APHIS PPQ facility located in Miami, FL. Price includes but is not limited to: all direct costs, such as salaries, fringe benefits, licenses, taxes, insurance costs, materials, supplies and equipment, start up costs, indirect costs, overhead, general and administrative expense, profit, insurance, transportation, and training.
