Project Description: New mechanical air handling unit fans, VAV boxes with hot water coils, new building automation control systems and fin tube radiation. The project also provides power and data to the mechanical equipment and controls as well as replaces existing lighting fixtures with LED fixtures. To accommodate the mechanical work there are ceiling and wall removals. After the completion of work, the openings will be infilled and finished with tile or gypsum board and paint. At the walkway new metal torsion spring ceilings will be installed. New custom stainless steel fin tube radiator covers will be installed in the gate holds. The project also provides new wayfinding signage requiring structural and electrical work.
