ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Francis Howell R-III School District, Missouri will receive sealed bids at District Office, 801 Corporate Centre Drive, O'Fallon, MO, 63368 for furnishing all new materials and labor for the new Transportation Maintenance Facility & Fuel Island. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications. New maintenance facility (pre-engineered metal building) and associated site improvements, new fuel island (including underground storage fuel tanks, with overhead canopy), rework of existing transportation parking lot and demolition of current maintenance facility (metal building) and underground fuel storage tank. Demolition of existing facility to be phased to occur after completion of new facility. Bids for all work will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Friday, November 1st, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 10am, local time at Francis Howell Transportation Facility, 4545 Central School Rd, St Charles, MO 63304.
