Construction Management At Risk Services (Rotational Basis) Projects under State Threshold

T he D istr i c t Sc h oo l B oa rd o f Pa s c o C oun t y , h erei n kn o w n a s t he “ D is t rict ”, i s s o li c it i ng a R e qu e s t f o r Qualifications ( R FQ ) p ursuant to Florida State Board of Education Administrative Rules Section 6A-2.0010 and Florida Statute 1013.45(4) to qualify three (3) separate Construction Management firms to provide Construction Management at Risk services on a rotational basis for various projects where the estimated construction costs or study costs do not exceed the maximums in Florida Statute 287.055 (2)(g) at the time the project is awarded. These maximums are currently $7,500,000 and $500,000 respectively.
