Rochester Land Bank Corporation (RLBC) is seeking proposals from consultants to guide us through a strategic planning process.
Since RLBC's formation in 2013, our mission has been to return underutilized property to productive use, preserve and create quality housing, enhance the quality of life within neighborhoods, and encourage economic opportunities. While we are proud of the impact we have had in that time, the statutory, judicial and market environments in which we operate are now fundamentally different.
