The Town of McClellanville is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the McClellanville Gymnasium Roof Replacement, located at 211 Baker Street, McClellanville, SC 29458.
The Work includes removal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system and installation of a complete new roofing system, including all associated flashing, underlayment, accessories, and components, in accordance with the project drawings and specifications prepared by Caplea Coe Architects, Inc.
The project also includes specified allowances and an alternate for installation of a new gutter and downspout system.
